Why OMIX-60 (Choline Chloride 60%)?
- OMIX-60 (Choline Chloride 60%) is a powder which contains Choline Chloride 60% and is used as an additive in the poultry feed.
- Choline is a member of the B-complex group of vitamins. It is an essential factor in normal development and health of animals and is necessary for maximum growth of most animals. Most common source of Choline for poultry is Choline Chloride.
- Although Choline can be synthesised in birds but it is at a very minimal level. To maximise the growth and performance, the diet must have supply of additional Choline. Due to the ethoxylation process the methyl group gets attached to Choline which plays an important role in many physiological processes in animals.
- In poultry, when given to animals it helps to prevent fatty degeneration of the liver, a reduced growth rate, perosis, mortality and in mature birds, a decrease in egg production and hatchability.
- When sprayed on corn Cobbb powder, it becomes a rich source of B-complex group of vitamins.
OMIX-60 (Choline Chloride 60%)
- It is prepared by spraying aqueous Choline Chloride on our in house produced Corn Cob powder and then drying to a low moisture content.
- We carry out the process of ethoxylation of Choline base. We have a quality check and analysis mechanism on every batch of aqueous Choline Chloride manufacture at our premises in relation to its TMA content.
- We use Corn Cob powder as carrier material for Choline Chloride which is our in house product, produced in a controlled & desired manner.
- One can use titration test or HPCL test to know the actual content of Choline Chloride in the product.
- We provide the original certificate of analysis for the product.
